About Positively Speaking
Jane Cameron is the founder and lead trainer of Positively Speaking. She champions effective communication through her pioneering work with speaking clubs, with the Speakers Trust charity and with 10 years at Positively Speaking. Jane develops and delivers training programmes in Self-Confidence and Assertiveness, Presentation Skills, Pitching for Business, Interview Skills and Effective Communication. Positively Speaking works with a wide range of public, private and not-for-profit organisations and is registered as a training provider with STUC (Scottish Union Learning) and City of Glasgow College.
Positively Speaking has a specific interest in youth development and is a Partner of Scotland’s Enterprising Schools and a member of Young Enterprise Scotland.

Jane is a Distinguished Toastmaster, the highest achievement for communication and leadership skills within Toastmasters International. She has completed Cranfield University High Performance Leadership and Speakers Trust ‘Train the Trainer’ development courses. In 2020 she completed the Open University Course “Take Your Training On-line”. Jane also works in food and drink marketing – often delivering her own persuasive presentations.
She believes that everyone has potential to “find their voice and make a difference” and she delivers her training with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
